On 06.04.2010 there has been created a new Engineering and Track Works Department in Rzeszów under the name: Zakład Robót Inżynieryjno-Torowych w Rzeszowie (ZRI).
The scope of work of the division includes building, restructuring and modernizing;
- railway lines and stations with dehydratation,
- railway crossings,
- platforms and way-stations,
- engineering objects (railway culverts, underground passages),
- architectural details
- cubature and related objects,
- roads affected by restructuring of railway lines and stations.
